Rental Calendar
Want to know if the facility you want to rent is available? Check the calendar below. All events listed are contracted or tentatively reserved. Open dates do not guarantee building availability. Call us at 580-237-0238 to check on status and possible availability.
This is a tool to help you find possible dates for your event. Availability is not guaranteed until you have a secured reservation. See the "Facility Details" tab for further information. We rent on a first-come, first-served basis, except where we have long-term relationships with our annual clients/events - both public and private. They receive first right of acceptance for their events and facilities.
Like-Events: We try to be fair to all our clients and have no official like-event policy except where negotiated by long-term clients. We try, where possible and feasible, not to book like-events on the same dates, or within a reasonable time frame from one another. When you call to inquire about booking your public event, please ask about like-events if this is a concern to you.
The Chisholm Trail Expo Center and Garfield County Fairgrounds staff reserve the right to refuse services/facility rental(s) to any one, for any reason, at any time.
